北部流行音樂中心 動土開工

文化部耗資45.5億元，準備打造北部流行音樂中心，今天進行動土儀式，總統馬英九和台北市長郝龍斌，再度同台，卻傳出台北市政府新工處為迎接馬總統，動員公務員參加，還可以領加班費，似乎有拍馬屁嫌疑。

吉時一到，馬總統、郝市長還有文化部長龍應台聯手動土，耗資45.5億打造的北部流行音樂中心開工，竟然先被爆料，台北市新工處動員公務員拍馬屁，傳出發公文要求辦公室人員上班時間來支援，還能領加班費，引來質疑勞師動眾，難道只為了喊一句總統好嗎，新工處人員連忙否認，強調員工只是協助工作，但動員不少人力，還預先排演，現場還是出現小狀況了。

流行音樂中心動土，娛樂圈當紅的林志炫、小胖林育群也都出席活動，現場還特別準備粉絲席，提供給紛絲觀禮，但恐怕是天氣太熱，這粉絲席竟然空空蕩蕩，北市新工處的大陣仗，看來白忙一場。
