手機網路wifi跟3G問題

我的手機這期有改上網費率不是吃到飽

請問

如果我開wifi的時候,把行動網路關掉

這樣就一定是只吃wifi的網路嗎

還是3G一樣會吃到

還有如果wifi跟3G網路要分開

是我上面那個方法沒錯嗎

因為我還蠻常上網的

但是地方都有wifi

所以我本來想說改費率

結果這期帳單還是跟吃到飽的價格一樣

有人可以給我詳細的解答嗎
