Idenix C肝藥物臨床試驗遭FDA擋下，盤後暴跌25%

美國生物製藥公司Idenix Pharmaceuticals Inc.於20日美國股市盤後宣布，美國食品藥物管理局(FDA)已口頭通知，在實驗性C型肝炎藥物「IDX20963」進入人體測試階段前須提供更多的臨床前安全性訊息。Idenix並未說明這項藥物的臨床試驗何時才能展開。

Idenix 20日在正常盤下跌3.02%，收5.13美元；盤後暴跌25.73%至3.81美元。Idenix 21日若以3.81美元作收、將創5月15日以來新低，幾乎完全回吐今年迄今漲幅。

彭博社報導，全球約有1.7億人患有慢性C型肝炎。分析師預估相關新藥市場規模達200億美元。
