請問關於券商營業員試用期的業績?

上頭給我的標準是一個月要5,000萬才能過考核，薪水是23,000，
試用期過後，多1000萬有2000元獎金，
請問如果我在"試用期間"有達到6,0000萬的話，那我還是會領23,000，
還是在試用期內就能領到多1000萬的那2000的額外獎金了
