兩岸服貿協議已在今日立院院會中交付委員會審查，民間團體的抗議行動仍持續在立法院外進行，公投護台灣聯盟今（30）日仍率群眾在立院外抗議服貿協議，一度還有激動民眾翻過立法院圍牆闖入院區，隨後被警方抬出。
服貿協議今日付委後，將由內政委員會主審，其他委員會共同聯席審查。立法院也將在明日召開公聽會，最快可能在後天（周四）進行審查。
為抗議服貿協議，包含公投護台灣聯盟在內的多個公民團體仍聚集在立法院外，希望在臨時會期間持續抗議施壓，要求立院退回服貿協議，拒絕審查。
公投護台灣聯盟上午聚集了10餘人在立院後門處，要求退回「黑箱服貿協議」，他們要求進入立法院內，但遭鐵門與員警層層阻隔，於是便就地坐在車道上，阻擋車輛通行，也引起警方舉牌警告。
不過群眾不願散去，仍就地而坐並唱歌呼口號，中間一度激動想要硬闖立院，有人一度成功翻牆進入立院，但隨後被警方抬走。
