立法院臨時會院會今（30）日處理討論事項，原本朝野共識是要邀請國防部長到外交國防委員會專案報告，不過經表決後，通過邀請國防部長、內政部長及法務部長等人在8月1日赴立院委員會報告陸軍下士洪仲丘案。

院會上午處理洪仲丘報告案，台聯立院黨團總召許忠信說，如果只是國防部長專案報告層級太低，他認為，現在軍紀散漫，立法院應該請總統到立院做國情咨文，或至少也由行政院長到院會專案報告，民進黨立委陳其邁也說，應該提高專案報告層級，邀行政院長到院會報告，台聯黨團並提修正動議，要求行政院長率相關部會首長到院會報告洪仲丘案。

國民黨團則提對案，邀國防部長、內政部長及法務部長，向立法院外交及國防委員會、內政委員會、司法及法制委員會報告，並經表決，通過國民黨團提案。
