張盛和：台股日均量達千量 很簡單的事

台股今日開盤小漲，未來台股走勢會如何？財政部長張盛和表示，國際經景氣復甦，總統馬英九又全力拚經濟，所以台股一定是正向樂觀的，至於作多作空就不用講。他強調，股市是反映經濟，全力拚經濟，經濟會好轉，股市也一定會往上好轉。對於封關前台股達到8600點，他說，「還不錯。」 至於台股日均量可能回到千億水準？張盛和表示，收關那天已是千億，因此達千億不是太難的事。他說，在10月份日均值就已回到千億，11月900多億，12月900多億，去年最後一天已有1000多億，因此他認為那是很簡單的事。

張盛和今日赴立法院財委會進行業務報告，並備質詢。他於會前受訪時，談及政府對台股之看法。
