玻利維亞官方控訴歐洲污辱總統莫拉斯

【綜合報導】今日玻利維亞總統專機從俄羅斯返回玻國時，遭到法國、葡萄牙以及義大利等國拒絕進入領控，飛機最後被迫降落在奧地利。由於外傳美國前情報人員史諾登在該架專機上，因此法、葡等國不讓專機飛越領空，對此，奧地利表示，飛機上沒有史諾登。

奧地利外交部表示，玻利維亞總統專機確實降落在首都維也納，但飛機上沒有史諾登。而玻利維亞官方稍早表示，總統莫拉斯(Evo Morales)現在的處境宛如「帝國主義的俘虜」，好像被關在歐洲，並指總統專機是在「緊急狀態」下被迫轉向，完全嚴重污辱玻國尊嚴。
