少婦愛漂亮卻受傷 腳底補皮不留痕跡

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】台中市20歲呂姓少婦從小就愛漂亮，沒想到一年前因為車禍導致右小腿一個小傷口，原本不以為意自己敷藥，但越敷越腫，一周後到皮膚科診所就醫還是不見起色，後來併發蜂窩性組織炎轉到中國醫藥大學附設醫院就醫，2公分直徑傷口已經紅腫到拳頭大，進行青創手術後原本醫師打算取頭皮或大腿瓣補小腿傷口，但少婦不想剃頭或留疤，後來醫師決定取右腳底皮瓣補皮，順利讓傷口癒合，目前也已經看不見疤痕；呂婦說，感謝體會一個愛漂亮女生的心情，讓愛漂亮的她身上可以少一個疤痕。
 
中國醫藥大學附設醫院整形外科主任張家寧說，取身上皮瓣補傷口是醫界常進行的補皮手術，最常用的就是頭皮與大腿，但腳底因為角質層比較厚，補皮後角質層反而可以尚未癒合的傷口，傷口癒合後角質還會掉落，而且完全看不到傷口，其實是傷者補皮不錯的選擇。
