【晏明強／台北報導】馬英九總統下午首度出席經濟部在台中舉辦的兩岸服貿協議說明會，據透露，馬英九除將向與會業者說明服貿協議的帶來的機會，澄清外界錯誤的訊息外，還會提出兩岸簽署ECFA三年來，台灣出口總額成長、出口地也逐漸多元化的成效數據，全力為服貿協議護航。

馬英九指出，ECFA執行3年來，依據海關統計，2010年出我國口總額為2746億美元，到了2012年為3011億美元，雖比2011年略減2.3%，但仍比2010年成長9.6％。另外在投資方面，馬英九也會提及，2010年ECFA簽署時僑外投資金額為38.1億美元，2011年成長為49.6億美元，到了2012年又增加到55.6億美元，比起2010年大增45.8%，充分顯示簽署ECFA，確實有助吸引外商投資。
