QE退場疑慮引觀望　辦公大樓租賃去化減少

【吳苡辰／台北報導】仲量聯行今日舉辦第2季辦公大樓市場報告，會中表示，因全球經濟成長趨緩，加上美國量化寬鬆政策退場，對亞太經濟體影響暫不明朗，加上行政院主計公布第1季的經濟成長率低於預期，使企業租戶租賃規劃觀望保守。

第2季整體辦公租賃去化趨緩，去化量由第1季1萬6000坪下降至3722坪。因新增供給大樓租金開價普遍偏高，大多企業租戶傾向維持原租約，租金整體平穩，第2季每坪每月2444元，僅較第1季微幅上漲0.45%。
