外資點名威寶可能求售　威寶：無憑無據

【劉煥彥／台北報導】麥格理證券及花旗環球證券點名，國內現有5家3G電信業者中，唯一未參與競標4G執照的威寶電信可能求售，威寶電信主管上午僅表示，這種說法「無憑無據」。
 
上述兩家外資券商在最新報告中指出，大股東仁寶（2324）每年認列威寶虧損15~20億元，尚未轉虧為盈的威寶則擁有龐大3G設備。若威寶轉售給這次參與競標4G執照的新進業者，仁寶可望認列20~100億元不等處分利益。
 
威寶高層本周指出，公司在審慎評估後決定不加入競標4G，但不排除與已送件的任何新進業者合作，目前則全力耕耘現有3G用戶。對於最新外資看法，威寶主管上午低調以對，只說從經營層級而言是沒有聽說，但無從了解大股東意向。
