hTC副總年薪千萬　2年Ａ千萬公款

【劉志原／台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦宏達電（hTC）設計部門內鬼案，發現有宏達電員工離職後，自行開設萬富隆公司，再回頭與宏達電副總經理簡志霖做生意，簡再從中收取數百萬元回扣，簡志霖與共犯吳建宏另以宏達電名義另委託威信公司製作零件，再收取回扣並以假交易Ａ公款，聯手掏空公司，近2年收受不法金額逾千萬元。

檢調指出，簡志霖(39歲)，實踐大學工業設計系畢業，擔任hTC首席設計師，已準備與中國業者合作成立手機公司，並竊取hTC研發中的手機「圖形介面」機密，疑另與共犯將此機密帶赴中國，交給當地業者。
