關於102年護理二技登記分發問題

大家好，想請問一下，今年考完統測，三X補習班落點分析後，分數是有點機會能錄取北護，中護錄取機會就比較大，雖然中護是國立，但聽說中護是近幾年才新開設二技，相較之下是否填取長庚二技會比較好呢?
最後，想請問學長姐們當初要報到的時候，是現場報到還是寄送資料呢?
(考慮到7/19距離護理師執照考還剩下一個禮拜，若要親自來回，感覺那前後一天，就不能讀到書?)
