達文西手術系統 傷口小術後恢復快

（健康醫療網／林宜慧報導）1名60歲男性，因診斷出罹患攝護腺癌，又害怕因攝護腺切除後，會出現尿失禁等後遺症，因此決定用自費的方式，接受達文西手臂系統手術，術後當天不但能拔除導尿管，且也能正常排尿，恢復良好。

達文西手術系統主要是利用三度空間攝影內視鏡，將影像放大10倍，醫師可透過具有立體空間感的影像看到手術部位，且器械能精確模擬醫師手部動作，現已有效運用於治療攝護腺、腎切除、膀胱切除術等疾病。

但目前達文西手臂系統手術需以自費的方式，要價較為昂貴；高雄榮總泌尿外科主任余家政指出，多數患者考量於術後產生的後遺症，因此決定採以達文西手臂系統手術的方式治療，若用於攝護腺治療上，癒後性功能可保有七至八成。

內視鏡微創手術逐漸進步，不但擁有出血量少、傷口小等優勢、且患者術後恢復快；余家政補充，包括膽囊、闌尾、腎上腺切除、大腸直腸和子宮根除等，都能透過內視鏡手術完成，也讓患者多了新的治療選擇。
