雙子星案 程宏道抗告遭駁回

（中央社記者黃意涵台北3日電）台北地方法院裁定因雙子星案遭收押的太極雙星團隊幕後操盤者程宏道延長羈押，程男提起抗告。台灣高等法院日前駁回抗告。

台北地檢署偵辦雙子星弊案，查出程宏道涉嫌透過中間人以前金新台幣100萬元「打點」台北市議員賴素如，要求賴在議會質詢、提案及表決時「幫忙」。

檢調清查太極雙星公司當初投標過程的文件，發現疑利用偽造不實資料詐騙台北巿政府，懷疑投標及得標過程，有人涉及不法。

北檢今年3月、4月分別向法院聲押賴素如及程宏道獲准；檢方向台北地方法院聲請延押2人後，台北地院上月裁定延押。此外，北檢上月向台北地院聲請羈押禁見太極雙星負責人何岳儒、發言人王佑仁獲准。

高院日前駁回程宏道、何岳儒及王佑仁的抗告。截至目前為止，雙子星案在押被告，有賴素如、程宏道、何岳儒及王佑仁等4人。1020603
