國際勞工組織警告　2015年全球失業人口估達2.08億

國際勞工組織(ILO)今天發表2013全球就業報告，警告由於社會動亂持續增加，加上貧富不均越來越嚴重，世界先進國家，在2017年前失業率都還無法回到2008年，金融危機前的數字，反倒是新興和開發中國家，復甦速度比較快，估計在2015年失業率就可恢復到金融危機前的水平。

報告中指出，除非政策改變，才有機會改善失業問題，否則經濟衰退恐持續延燒。
