兇手是哪一個 ???????

某夜，在某一家卡拉OK有個黑道老大被人殺死，法醫檢查後說"由近距離所殺，兇器是這把手槍"，兇器手槍就在死體旁邊，是死者所有。
嫌犯是當時在場的三個弟兄，各自向檢察官說:
A:老大是自殺，不是B所殺。
B:不是自殺，殺老大的是A。
C:犯人是B:不是我。
三個人的証言都不同，後來知道三個人都說的一半是真的。同時也明白死者是被其中一個人所殺。
到底兇手是誰呢 ?
不過兇手只有一個，沒有共犯。
