標題[問題] HTC蝴蝶S 內部儲存全部不見

前陣子因為紫光送修 拿了一隻新機回來 android更新到4.3 HTC sense5.5 更新後還沒有任何問題 直到剛才插傳輸線連結電腦 (為了開數據連線給電腦使用網路) 不知是因為一直都沒搜尋到網路就拔出了好幾次造成影響 還是因更新遇到的問題 或者今天雨大不小心泡到水 現在手機還能正常上網 但之前存的音樂相片影片都不見了 也無法擷取螢幕擷取畫面和拍照 一直出現shoebox engine未正常終止 要我提報給HTC 原本就沒插SD卡 我都存在本機儲存內容裡 也重新開機過了 怎麼辦 有人遇到相同問題嗎 沒有備份的內容還救的回來嗎 手機要拿去送修嗎 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.218.92.228
