台鐵彰中區間車誤點停駛　旅客怨沒道歉

  【曾雪蒨／台中報導】台鐵機械故障頻傳導致車班誤點，台中又傳區間車無故停駛惹民怨情況。臺中市蔡先生投訴，昨天晚間原本在彰化火車站第二月台要搭乘晚間8點37分2174車次彰化往台中的區間車，但車未到站就聽到廣播說該班車因故停駛，請移往第三月台搭乘8點56分的區間車，過程中無台鐵人員出面道歉也無人說明原因，蔡先生痛批：「台鐵態度僵化、麻木，ㄧ點服務品質都沒有！」
 
對此彰化火車站站長葉仁和解釋，該班區間車因為假日人潮多嚴重誤點28分鐘，已經影響到間隔19分的下ㄧ班區間車發車時間，所以決定停駛並請乘客直接撘乘相差19分鐘的下ㄧ班區間車。對於廣播同仁沒有顧及乘客心情沒有道歉也沒說明停駛原因，葉仁和表示「相當抱歉」，並稱將加強員工禮儀訓練，並要求多體恤乘客等車的心情。
