基改食品管理鬆散　衛福部：已有法規規範

【蔡明樺、戴安瑋／台北報導】消基會今公布抽查市售標示「非基改」黃豆及玉米製品18件，如豆漿、豆腐、玉米罐頭等，均未檢出含基因改造的黃豆或玉米，但主婦聯盟環境基金會祕書長黃嘉琳批評，台灣生產黃豆及玉米量非常少，全靠進口，多數是基改黃豆、玉米，但政府對基改黃豆、玉米的管制寬鬆，要求衛福部應盡速修法，比照歐盟嚴格管制。

衛福部食品藥物管理署回應，目前僅開放基因改造黃豆、玉米，包裝食品若以基改黃豆、玉米為原料，且基改食品原料佔最終產品總重量5％以上，應標示「基因改造」或「含基因改造」字樣；該署2002年起，每年監測約300件以上黃豆、玉米包裝食品，標示不合格率約2％至10％，違者將由各地衛生局督導改標。
