飯店礁岩填水泥蓋泳池　縣府：限期拆除

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】東森海洋溫泉酒店遭環保人士發現在美麗的礁岩上填水泥蓋泳池，還在海岸林木內蓋小木屋，宜蘭縣政府今要求業者限期拆除。
 
宜蘭縣政府指出，該溫泉飯店違反土地使用管制規定部分，依《發展觀光條例》處以罰鍰並責令回復原狀；擴大營業部分，縣府將持續查緝並依法辦理。
 
至於違反《建築法》及違建部分，已限期業者於明年1月10日前自行拆除完畢，若未拆除，縣府將強制拆除。
 
另違反國土委託經營部分，由財政部國有財產署北區分署宜蘭辦事處就違法部分，在相關單位否准後，通知申請人在一個月內拆除、恢復原狀，若未恢復原狀，將終止契約收回土地。
