我的勞健保要怎麼保?

我在一家未滿五人的公司上班，是正職
老闆也願意保勞健保，可是老闆請我自己處理
我到底該怎麼辦理我的勞健保？
是不是應該加入工會?
可是加入工會不是固定一個雇主不能加入嗎?

還有就保,勞退金,勞保職災呢?
