請問用`蛋捲模做捲心餅` 如何使捲心餅不會馬上軟化????

我用了`蛋捲模在瓦斯爐`上做了捲心餅 將餅皮捲好後不到五分鐘的時間就受潮軟掉了 請問如何解決餅皮快速受潮軟掉的情形?????? 如果我加了水果餡(例如芒果醬 芋頭醬) 是不是也會使餅皮受潮軟化???????
