汰換瓦斯管線氣爆燒傷店員　判賠151萬元

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市林姓工人，在市區1家牛排館2樓，進行瓦斯管線汰換工程，現場架設1台風扇，用以吹散溢漏的瓦斯氣體，不料瓦斯吹散到樓下便當店，黃姓女店員拉開廚房拉門時，引發火花，產生氣爆，黃女臉、手2至3度灼傷，面積達全身百分之20，黃女飽受傷痛，提告請求林男及瓦斯公司連帶償279萬餘元，全案辯論終結，法官認為林與瓦斯公司無僱傭關係，林有疏失責任，判賠151萬餘元，全案可上訴。
