網拍名牌包爆糾紛　買賣雙方互譙都起訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】沈姓男子今年3月在奇摩拍賣販售LV二手牛仔葵花包，林姓買家以2萬8000元得標後，卻因面交地點喬不定而取消交易，沈男憤而在網路評價欄中，給林男「極差」評價，並連續3天PO文指林男「這樣的做法實在很缺德」、「你真的缺乏良心，更無良知，什麼話都生得出來」、「遇到你這種人，就當被瘋狗咬吧」。

林男也不甘示弱，連續4天在商品評價欄中，回罵賣家「請您檢查一下自己腦袋的健康狀況」、「卡到陰喔」、「看來真的是拍賣蟑螂」、「比曲，建議你這種包就直接往垃圾筒丟不，要放在網路上丟人現眼」。事後雙方互控妨害名譽。

北檢認定雙方言論都構成公然侮辱、加重誹謗等罪，今將2人一併起訴。
