日相安倍打算修憲　馬英九：盼採有智慧行動

【晏明強／台北報導】馬英九總統昨接受日本《每日新聞》專訪，日媒詢問對日本首相安倍晉三打算就集體自衛權進行修憲的看法，馬態度謹慎未表明支持或反對，馬英九說，希望日本做為一個成熟的民主國家，一定會考慮到周邊國家的反應與觀感，採取最有智慧的行動。

馬英九指出，二次大戰後，美國與日本建立安全保障的關係，《美日安保條約》對整個亞洲情勢的安定與和平確有貢獻，中華民國也一向表示支持的態度。至於美國正在亞太推動的「再平衡」戰略，馬英九除強調台美關係友好密切，他也說，「我們基本上是支持的」，不論他去年提出的「東海和平倡議」，或此次中國大陸在東海設立防空識別區的問題，台美皆保持密切聯繫，而美方對我立場也表達肯定。
