混油誆純橄欖油　福懋前處長等5人被訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】福懋油脂公司賣混油涉《刑法》詐欺、妨害農工商罪及違反《食品衛生管理法》等案，台中地檢署今天偵查終結，將福懋公司及福懋油脂處前處長林立中等5人提起公訴。

起訴指出，林立中為降低福懋製造橄欖油成本，6年前指示下屬在6款純橄欖油中，調製添加20%到50%不等的低價芥花油，3年前還依該配方生產製造分裝混油，再冒充高價義大利或西班牙進口純橄欖油對外銷售，至今年10月31日共詐得1億967萬元銷售額。
