公務員赴陸進修　王郁琦：修法從嚴管制

【李英婷／台北報導】民進黨立委邱議瑩昨在立法院質詢提及，在2003年到2013年期間，公務員赴中國進修高達1千多人次，人數逐漸上升，恐產生國安疑慮。對此，陸委會主委王郁琦今在立院受訪時表示，公務員赴中國進修涉及敏感議題，現階段政策上不鼓勵，未來將禁止高階公務員赴中國進修，非高階公務員也會從嚴管制，並要求誠實申報。

陸委會主委王郁琦今在內政委員會會前受訪表示，由於現行法令並未特別規定公務員不能赴中國進修，政府之前已召開幾次跨部會會議，決議從嚴管理，相關措施等確定之後就會公布。
