【王家俊／台北報導】由多個社團組成的社會住宅推動聯盟上午舉行記者會質疑，內政部營建署報請行政院核定中的103年至112年「社會住宅中長期推動方案」，規劃10年約百億元預算，以租金補貼為主要政策管道，興建社會住宅則推給獎勵民間興辦，數量上嚴重低估弱勢需求，且未邀民間參與討論，政策制訂過程太過草率。

與會立委陳節如表示，明天立法院內政委員會將提案凍結營建署明年度預算，要求暫緩方案。崔媽媽基金會執行長呂秉怡說，營建署方案公布10年後社會住宅需求總計9萬餘戶，計算方式竟是去年地方政府提報租金補貼申請戶數，而內政部在100年度做過「社會住宅需求調查」，當時提出19萬戶到32萬戶需求量，被自己推翻，「政府不想自己蓋，才會獎勵民間興辦！」

社會住宅聯盟發言人彭揚凱說，內政部應重新調查全國社會住宅需求，舉辦公聽會廣徵民意，再做調整。
