【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台中市鄧姓僱主3年前起多次在辦公室、小倉庫猥褻、性侵1名女助理，女提告、鄧男竟指女助理曾寄藝人瑤瑤「殺很大」抖奶廣告給他，認為「具有性暗示」。台中高分院未採信，仍依強制性交等罪判鄧男5.5年，可上訴。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，女助理指稱，2010年2月4日鄧男與她到小倉庫清點貨物，強行解開她上衣的鈕釦摸胸、臀，還說：「沒生過小孩就是不一樣。」鄧男一再趁無人時侵犯她且愈來愈過分，要她幫忙手淫、在她面前自慰射精、還用手指性侵。鄧妻知悉後，不滿女助理把該事告訴他人，給她18萬餘元後，要她離職，女助理取得和解書當證據後提告。
