噪音告發10大路段　台南市後甲圓環居首

【洪敏隆／台北報導】大型重型機車或改裝汽車「轟轟轟」的聲音，對於駕駛或騎士來說雖然很有快感，但對民眾來說卻像噪音吵得無法安寧。環保署與警方、監理機關今年6至9月稽查最常飆車路段舉辦專案稽查，總計告發666輛次車，飆車噪音告發最多的是台南市東區後甲圓環，其次是國道3號關西服務區。
 
環保署空保處表示，這些危險噪音路段，改裝汽車最常在深夜聚集在國道服務區，大型重機則是利用假日在省道、縣道高速行駛，還有很多學生會改裝一般機車，利用較寬敞的道路飆車。
 
空保處表示，這波稽查總共攔查1萬7599輛次，不合格告發有666輛次，其中，重機46件、汽車117件、機車503件，噪音最大測到1輛大型重型機車高達126分貝，相當於戰鬥機起降的聲音。汽車最高查到109分貝，相當於1台救護車或消防車的音量。
