西火車超速脫軌　司機恐值勤時講手機釀禍

【綜合報導】24日駕駛西班牙一列高速火車超速出軌，造成78人喪生的司機加爾松阿莫（Francisco Jose Garzon Amo）27日已經出院，但他已遭到警方拘留，將面臨過失殺人罪名。
 
根據西班牙警方的調查報告，他們懷疑加爾松阿莫在值勤時涉嫌使用行動電話，才讓列車失速脫軌，造成重大傷亡。但目前加爾松阿莫不願回答任何問題，等待法院提訊，釐清真相。
