山區頭顱綁鐵絲　醫生研判動過腦部手術

【李光濱／花蓮報導】女山友在花蓮砂婆礑山發現人體骨骸、頭顱，警方採證後，發現死者頭顱有五乘五公分傷痕，身上還留有一串佛珠及玉珮，穿著藍色上衣，衣褲、鞋子皆已不見，屍骨算相當完整。

花蓮慈濟醫院神經外科手術醫生陳新源表示，頭顱的白鐵絲應是動腦部手術時裝的，從傷口密合的良好程度研判，死者年紀應算年輕，且該手術應在死亡數年前就已完成。
