請幫寫Arduino程式~~

首先，謝謝大家肯近來關心我的問題~~
如提，請幫我寫一段簡單的Arduino的程式>"
內容是：
「一個被固定好的燈，人經過的時候會感應到，並且燈頭轉向那個地方漸亮；頭跟著人的位置亮一段時間後，直到人離去再漸暗」

有點像是那種被安置在別人家玄關上的燈，人經過時會亮一小段時間那種
不過我要的是會轉動以及會漸亮漸暗的

另外想請問我需要準備哪些東西？？
我現在有電路板、燈、線路、電阻、伺服馬達，我想我需要再去買紅外線感應器，這樣對嗎？？

程式內容不求簡潔俐落，只求正確可行～
