熟台中路況(或用谷歌街景)及交通法規的朋友,這算違規左轉嗎

今早趕上班
行經建成路開端(一座地下路橋)往自由路/進化路方向行進
因為本身騎到地下路橋與平面道路快交接處
看到紅綠燈的狀態是
三個綠燈(同時有右轉/直行/左轉)同時亮
我也沒想很多就直接騎著摩托車騎上自由路
就在將機車龍頭往左撇時
看到一個交警
拿DV錄影
大概是車潮洶湧他要取締也沒辦法
所以拿DV錄吧(是吧?警察這樣做應該是在做取締的動作吧?)
我也已經左撇
不可能再回正騎到自由路上的待轉區
因為後面都是車子
太危險了
由於該路口比較複雜
不是典型十字路口
請問我這樣依法是違規的嗎?
如果是要罰多少
