綠增設「柯文哲條款」　最快下周將納初選

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】民進黨的蔡、謝、新、游等主要派系，傳出已接連表態支持台大醫師柯文哲參選台北市長，預計下周三將增設「柯文哲條款」，「非民進黨人士」納入初選民調。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，民進黨的《縣市長提名條例》明訂只能徵召黨員，但民進黨前主席蔡英文公開呼籲民進黨應整合最大在野力量，現任主席蘇貞昌前天鬆口將結合國民黨以外力量，以「勝選」為首要目標；該黨因此增設「柯文哲條款」。柯文哲昨表示，雙方要如何合作都應樂觀以對，待農曆年後，向台大醫院請假專心拚選舉。
