男防火巷嘿咻少女挨告　法官認合意判緩刑

【孫英哲／彰化報導】彰化市一名張姓男子前年8月間，透過線上遊戲認識一名體型微胖的少女，兩度約少女出遊後，竟都在彰化市的一處防火巷與少女性交，導致少女懷孕，並挨告。雖然少女庭訊時指控遭張男強行性侵,但法官查證發現兩人為合意性交，因此依與未成年人性交罪判張男10月，但同時宣告緩刑4年。
 
法官調查，被告張姓男子身高168公分、體重約80公斤，被害女子則是身高167公分、72公斤，兩人體型都算是微胖身材，事發地點為市區內的狹窄防火巷，要發生性侵案件實不容易，且該防火巷兩側的住戶也都有門窗，被害少女若遭暴力性侵，理應反抗呼救，但實際上卻沒有，少女說詞顯與事實不符，兩人應是合意性交。
