急!20點 我原判定體位是常備役但體檢標準更新後變更為替代役

如題~兵單到了下周入伍~我也是想就這樣常備役趕緊當一當就好~
但我的扁平足是166度~是在去年新標準實施之前做體檢的所以常備役~
在新標準會被判定為替代役~
很怕進去新訓體檢當天醫官有我資料會把我退回家等當替代役~~
想知道會不會有這樣的情形發生~~
如果他有要退我的動作有沒有方法能夠自願繼續留下來當常備役之類的~~~
完全不想浪費時間~~~
