家裡喝悶酒外出買宵夜　遇警酒測0.42送辦

【林志青╱台北報導】古姓男子昨日凌晨2時37分，騎乘重型機車行經台北市市民大道四段10號前，遇大安警分局交通分隊警員攔檢酒測，警員發現古男身上散發酒氣，經呼氣酒測器測得酒測值達0.42mg/l。古男表示，昨日凌晨心情不好，在家連喝4瓶啤酒後，突感餓意，孰料外出買宵夜遭警攔查。警訊後，依公共危險罪嫌移送台北地檢署偵辦。
 
大安警分局羅斯福路派出所，昨日凌晨2時41分，另在台北市辛亥路三段330號前，攔查騎乘重型機車的王姓男子，經呼氣酒測器測得酒測值達0.39mg/l。王男表示，當日在朋友家喝了2杯威士忌後返家，沒想到酒測值超標。警訊後，同依公共危險罪嫌移送法辦。
