在目前的工司待滿兩年了 今年过年前終於能拿滿一整年的年終 想和各位在傳產的化工人分享一下 順便讓各位給我們公司打個分數 本人116化工 職務：製程工程師(桃園) 平均月工時190~210(含加班) 新人年: 試用底薪32k 全薪平均40k 年薪20 第二年: 过年後升正職調為底薪38k 全薪平均50k 7月遇上全廠調薪 底薪變成42k直到現在 全薪平均54k 年終為前一年度的 只有一個多月 年薪64 今年: 拿到整年度年終5個月 底薪維持42k 今年加班稍多 平均全薪約58k 年薪90~95(預計) 福利： 端午中秋5k 租屋津貼每月5k 交通津貼 2／km 以上擇一 旅遊津貼每年10k 有尾牙但是不能去（only行政） 尾牙津貼1200 當然我們公司算不上頂級傳產 版上關於化工傳產的資訊也不多 所以就讓小弟開個頭 底下接力！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.65.82.102
