工業"皂黃"染豆干 最高可罰600萬

吃進肚子的豆干，竟然用工業用色素「皂黃」來染色。台北市衛生局公佈，抽驗了32間，包括菜市場，還有超級市場賣出的豆類製品。其中，一件驗出違法的皂黃，可以依法開罰最高600萬。另外，還有驗出雙氧水跟防腐劑「苯甲酸」殘留，吃多了，身體都會出狀況。

拉下鐵門，業者賣的板豆腐，違規被檢出雙氧水，臉上寫滿無奈。是可以添加，但應該還要煮過，最後不得檢出。衛生局抽驗，拿出透明無色的試劑，滴在含有皂黃的大黃豆干上，立刻變成紫紅色，換成含有雙氧水豆干絲，也是馬上變黃褐色，強調這些添加物，對身體的傷害，非常非常大。

抽驗社子市場跟八德攤販的大黃豆干違規，超市跟吳興街攤販的黃干絲，也違規，連油豆腐小豆干板豆腐，都被檢出雙氧水。不論超商業者，或是攤販都立刻下架，但問題是，為什麼要使用工業用，可能致癌的皂黃染色？實際詢問化工業者，出在價錢，化工業者，為了節省成本，製造商矇著眼，什麼都敢加。台灣到底還有什麼可以吃？
