台南地檢署查獲禹昌食品「水皎嫂」過期粽竄改有效期限，販售愛買、台糖等賣場。

過期肉粽一案，台南市衛生局今日持續追查，上午前往涉案廠商禹昌公司清查肉粽回收數量，不料被擋在門外，雖然禹昌公司內有員工卻不開門，直到半小時後禹昌公司總經理到場才得以進入。
台南市衛生局今日上午前往禹昌公司清查肉粽回收數量，不料卻被擋在門外，雖然禹昌公司內有員工卻不開門，直到總經理林金忠到場才得以進入。禹昌公司總經理林金忠表示，因為今天非上班日不在公司，得知衛生局稽查才匆忙趕來。
當衛生局追查回收數量時，林金忠卻表示下架肉粽仍在通路商處，無法確定數量。
對於檢調查到的問題肉粽，林金忠表示是去年端午節下架的產品，保存期限至今年6月12日，並未過期是屆期。而這些庫存肉粽，每個月廟宇祭拜時會拿出來使用，拜完即分給信徒與員工。
至於檢調發現禹昌將去年回收的粽子，剪掉標籤更換有效日期一事，林金忠則表示是新進員工不熟悉作業所造成的失誤，而且這些改過有效日期的粽子數量不多，也並未流出。
