傳宏都拉斯未來將不派大使而改派代表？對此外交部發言人高安僅表示雙邊關係並未生變。

媒體報導，為了加強與大陸的關係，未來我友邦宏都拉斯將不派大使，改由代辦層級的代表駐台，對此外交部發言人高安今(31)日表示，台宏關係並未生變、高層關係也相當友好、密切，不過對於下任駐台人選是否改為代表，高安卻以不便回答他國事務來迴避。
消息指出，中美邦交國宏都拉斯，有意與對岸建立更密切的夥伴關係，目前的大使傅丁已接道國內指示，將於近日返國，而接替他的，將會是一名駐台代表，這樣的做法，等同雙邊維持了一個「有名無實」的外交關係，台宏關係也很可能生變。
高安受訪證實，現任大使傅丁(Mario Alberto Fortin Midence)，確實因另有要職，準備調任回國，但這是正常外交體系運作，在新使到任之前，當然都是由館裡面的副館長、就是公使先來代理館務。
不過對於接下來的人選，是否改為代表？高安以不便回答他國事務來迴避。
但她強調，兩國邦交目前相當正常，關係友好、密切，雙方高層互動非常正常，宏國對雙邊的一些交流計畫表示肯定。
