義美小泡芙原料過期2年還用　全民吃下肚

知名食品大廠義美食品公司驚爆使用過期原料生產泡芙，廠長等人明知原料已過期2年仍使用，已製成12萬箱產品，約144萬包小包裝，過期品流竄全台，消費者恐已吃下肚。

《自由時報》報導，縣府衛生局食藥科長楊文志昨天率員前往義美食品龍潭廠稽查，從進貨資料中發現，有批大豆分離蛋白（即植物性蛋白）2010年8月過期，但2012年7、8月製造時仍使用，且廠長、品管人員、原料單位與生產線等4人都知情。義美食品發表致歉聲明，表示國外廠商以常溫保存認定有效期限為1年，但作業人員認為原料儲藏於2-5℃冷藏庫，可延長保存期限，在檢測確認品質無誤後才使用，目前已主動回收該期間製造的小泡芙產品。
