James指于美人近4年被命理老師梁復崴洗腦，不信任他，只信任外人跟周邊的人，事業被命理師操控，還喝符水。還說于美人投資的圓環供奉關公，每次辦法會就會被關公附身。

《蘋果娛樂新聞》循線找到梁復崴的辦公室，不過她相當低調，網傳她2007年已退隱。而于美人只透過助理回應，命理師她只和詹惟中熟，喝到的是礦泉水不是符水。

青年在高等法院承認亂倫及非法性交等共5項罪名，被判入教導所。青年透露上網瀏覽色情網站後有性衝動，導致犯案。

心理專家在報告中指出，2名未成年受害者需接受輔導，另建議青年接受治療。

香港一名21歲梁姓青年，據稱是大名娛樂旗下歌手，涉嫌透過同志網站，認識男同志X進行肛交，青年事後聲言，母親在家中裝有針孔攝錄機，已將兩人的肛交過程錄影，勒索X交出10萬元（約新台幣38.6萬元）。歌手得悉X無錢，即安排女同黨陪X往財務公司借貸，然後再勒索X要多付15萬元(約新台幣58萬元)。

梁男在區域法院，否認勒索X索取25萬元。梁男並於臉書以梁柏廷（Jero）名義開立帳號，並上載與其他藝人的合照。
