引用太空梭爆炸錄音　碧昂絲新歌挨批

【國際中心╱綜合報導】西洋天后碧昂絲（Beyonce Knowles）新歌《XO》，以美國太空總署（NASA）職員在1986年美國太空梭「挑戰者號」爆炸時說的一句話作開場白，被轟不得體，有NASA前職員更要求刪去該句錄音和道歉。

歌曲《XO》中，一開始是一段長6秒的錄音，是時任NASA公共關係主任的耐斯畢特(Steve Nesbitt)於1986年現場評論「挑戰者號」升空73秒後爆炸時的一句話：「航空管制員正密切留意事態。顯然是嚴重故障。」

歌曲惹起爭議，碧昂絲發表聲明，指《XO》「旨在幫助失去摯愛的人療傷，提醒大家要珍惜眼前一切」，「作曲人是希望向挑戰者號人員的無私貢獻致敬，希望他們不會被遺忘」。

NASA 職員和挑戰者號太空人遺屬對碧昂絲的解釋不以為然，有殉職「挑戰者號」太空人遺孀表示失望。NASA前職員考文(Keith Cowing)批評歌曲「用歷史性和嚴肅的聲音片段是極不恰當的」，要求刪去那段錄音並且道歉。退休太空人安德森(Clayton Anderson)指《XO》用那段開場白是「不得體」。
