獨留女童在家肇禍　檢警移送母親究責

【石永軒／新北報導】新北市1名劉姓女童，今天上午7時許，在母親出門時，不慎從8樓住家墜落，雖被送醫急救，仍宣告不治。檢方下午在醫院相驗時，母親表示，當時送大兒子出門上學，留下6歲與3歲的2名孩子在家，不料回家後發現大門、窗戶被打開，3歲的女兒已經墜樓。

檢察官相驗完畢後，認為女童母親行為已經違法，指示警方先將母親移送新北地檢署。
