繁星推薦招生名額比例擬提高　學生壓力大增

【許敏溶╱台北報導】根據大學入學考試中心學科能力測驗長程規劃，預計110學年起，繁星推薦招生名額比例將從現行10%提升至15%，補習班業者、高中老師皆認為，繁星推薦主要採在校成績和學測成績，此措施將讓目前高中生從高二下開始補全科情形提前到高一下，學生壓力恐不減反增，最大受益者將是補習班。

招聯會與大考中心今舉辦「大學招生及入學考試調整研究方案」，大考中心於會議中提出增加繁星推薦招生名額比例的長程規劃。補習班輔導主任鍾建德說，學生為取得更好成績，勢必提前到高一下就開始補全科，壓力恐不減反增。

大考中心副主任沈青嵩說，除長程規劃，中程規劃方案分為A、B兩方案，A方案是大學學測招生時程維持不變，避免影響學生心情，B方案則是學測從每年1月延後至4月上旬，甄選則從4月延後至5、6月，並有其他相關配套方案，讓學生學習更加完整，全部調整方案將在本月底送大學招聯會審查，預計明年6月公布，過程中還會聽取各方意見再做調整。
