永安誠毅紙業開發爭議　高市議長籲暫停開發

【周昭平／高雄報導】針對高雄市永安區誠毅紙器開發案爭議，高雄市議會議長許崑源今表示，當地六名里長決定對該開發案提起行政訴訟，他建議市府在訴訟期間暫停誠毅紙器開發工程，等到環保署釐清環境影響說明書疑慮及訴訟確定後，再研議是否復工。

許崑源表示，為避免開發案因訴訟判決無效導致開發商提出國賠，影響全體市民權益，市府應在訴訟確定及環保署釋疑前，暫停開發案所有工程，

此外今天議會黨政團協商會議也通過許福森、陸淑美及方信淵議員共同提案，要求誠毅紙器開發案立即停工及停止開發，市府應重新辦理更嚴謹的環境影響評估，捍衛永安居民生計。
